The New York Jets offseason has been filled with both big losses and decent additions. Let us start with the offense. They still have not found a true starting Quarterback, as they refuse to pay Ryan Fitzpatrick what he is worth. They need to pay him and get him back on the roster. They lost RB Chris Ivory to the Jaguars but in his place, signed RB Matt Forte who had spent his entire career with the Chicago Bears, and brought in RB Khiry Robinson, who had played with the Saints. They also re-signed RB Bilal Powell, which was a very quiet, yet very smart move. The trio of Forte, Robinson, and Powell should give opposing defenses fits. They also re-signed TE Kellen Davis. On defense, they lost a great player in NT Damon Harrison, but the front seven should still be very effective. They brought in DE Jarvis Jenkins, who played with the Bears. They have a long list of free agents including DB Antonio Allen, K Randy Bullock, G Willie Colon, TE Jeff Cumberland, QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, WR Jeremy Kerley, WR Chris Owusu, RB Stevan Ridley, and many others. They need to start working on re-signing their free agents and looking towards the NFL Draft.
